"A car parked in the driveway of a home in the city's Kensington-Eggert neighborhood was left stranded this morning by a thief who stole all four tires and rims off the vehicle.
The owner told Northeast District police that he parked his 2000 Cadillac in the driveway of his Leonard Street home.
The thief stole the tires and rims, valued at about $2,350, sometime between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m., police reported."
