Survivor Kindergarten ...
According to this news story, a Florida teacher is under fire for allowing her students to vote on whether or not one of the kids in the class should stay in the class.
The kids voted 14-2 to expell Alex Barton, who may have Asperger's syndrome -- an autism spectrum disorder.
Now the mom is suing ... and the world's in mass hysteria.
