MoveOn.org says McClellan shouldn't profit off book ...

The liberal anti-war group MoveOn.org yesterday launched a petition drive calling on former White House official Scott McClellan to donate the proceeds of his book to veterans of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

(story)

I'm sorry, but I don't follow the logic. MoveOn.org hate's Republicans. I get that. And they hate Bush most of all. But why in Hell would McClellan donate his proceeds to ANYTHING other than his own bank account?

They're claiming he shouldn't make money off the Iraq war blunder. If anyone's getting rich off George W. Bush's incompetancy in Iraq, it's MoveOn.org. Do they donate all their proceeds to veterans groups? Of course not, they spend them trying to get liberal Democrats elected.

Bill Clinton makes $Millions off speeches every year. Should he have to donate all that to charity? I'm sure the GOP would say so.

What ever happened to people staying out of everyone else's business?
