What's on my mind today ...
So today's show was really weird ... but funny. Thanks to Michele for trying. Thanks to John Lombardi for stopping by. Thanks to Sal Paonessa for calling in to let folks know he listens. And thanks to everyone else who did their part by calling or tuning in.
Alderman Lombardi made it sound like there wasn't much dissent over the July 4th fireworks issue. It's funny, cause I must have read too much into the US&J story on the issue. And yet, I probably would have written it the same way. As a reporter, you're supposed to give both sides of the story ... and often you give them equal treatment ... even if the "other side" is pathetic. That still doesn't excuse their poll. But that's another issue.
Well, that's really it for now. More later.
