DTV Coupon fiasco ...

So for the past million years, the stupid television has been telling us to call to get our DTV conversion coupons. They do it EVERY SINGLE DAY. Two weeks ago, I even berated Matt Pearl about it two weeks ago (Sorry, Matt). But as of right now, they're not mailing out coupons cause they're "out of money."
